I am so excited to get to meet you! Before booking i need you to fill out my consultation form. Once your consult form is complete I can approve your appointment. This helps me to better prepare for your appointment and have the accurate time needed to create exactly what you are looking for! No one deserves to be rushed in and our of the door!
